How do I book a ride?
Three ways: (1) Online via our booking form within 30 minutes you receive a binding price quote. (2) By phone at +49 7153 9292841. (3) By WhatsApp for quick inquiries.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before departure are free. After that we charge 50% of the agreed price, or the full price for no-shows. For hospital transport and medical emergencies, we apply lenient special rules.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, immediately after booking you receive an email with your reference number (format: SN-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX) and all details. Once we've confirmed the price, we send you the final booking confirmation.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we drive you reliably to all airports – fixed price before departure, including flight tracking.
